Gula Melaka Coffee Jelly

How to make easy Gula Melaka Coffee Jelly using our Killiney Kopi-O Kosong:
Ingredients
  • Milk of your choice
  • 4 cups of brewed Killiney coffee (using Killiney Kopi-O Kosong)
  • 1 cup of chopped gula melaka
  • 1 packet of agar-agar powder
  • More coffee (optional)

Recipe

  1. Boil 4 cups of brewed coffee.
  2. Add in gula melaka and agar-agar powder, and stir till it boils.
  3. Pour your coffee mixture into a metal tin and set it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Take it out and cut into cubes.
  5. Serve in cups and pour in milk of your choice and extra coffee if you want.
  6. Enjoy!
