Gula Melaka Coffee Jelly
- Milk of your choice
- 4 cups of brewed Killiney coffee (using Killiney Kopi-O Kosong)
- 1 cup of chopped gula melaka
- 1 packet of agar-agar powder
- More coffee (optional)
- Boil 4 cups of brewed coffee.
- Add in gula melaka and agar-agar powder, and stir till it boils.
- Pour your coffee mixture into a metal tin and set it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take it out and cut into cubes.
- Serve in cups and pour in milk of your choice and extra coffee if you want.
